Dr. Bineesh Balakrishnan

Dr. Bineesh Balakrishnan, an accomplished Physiatrist, holds an MD and DNB in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, boasting nearly 6 years of post-PG expertise. Proficient in comprehensive orthopedic, chronic pain, neurological, lifestyle, and rheumatological rehabilitation, he focuses on enhancing patients’ quality of life. Utilizing medications, non-surgical modalities, orthoses, environmental adjustments, exercises, and lifestyle modifications, he aims to add vitality to his patients’ years. Dr. Bineesh’s academic excellence, marked by a gold medal in Pathology during undergraduate studies, continued through his PG years, where he received accolades such as best poster awards and quiz victories. Currently, he serves as the Editorial Secretary of the Kerala Journal of PMR and played key roles in organizing Rehabcon 2021 and 2023.
